Getting started
What is Linkme?
Linkme is a collaborative board where you pin cards and work together in real time on one shared canvas. Chat can help with summaries and drafts—there’s no rigid template. When you’re ready, publish the board as a public web page, and you can use that URL like a link-in-bio on your social profiles.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. In demo mode you can create every card type and use the canvas freely. Data stays in your browser (localStorage). To open the same board on another device or collaborate with others, create an account.
After I sign up, can I keep boards I made in demo mode?
When you sign up, you’ll be prompted to move your local boards to the cloud. They transfer in one step.
Public pages & profile
Can I use it as the link in my social bio?
Yes. If you put your public page URL (`/p/…`) in your profile, visitors see multiple links, videos, and notes as cards on one page. You can tune the theme, and edits to the board can be reflected when you publish again.
Cards & canvas
What card types are available?
Stocks, YouTube, links, memos, text, images, shapes, and checklists—8 types today. For details, see the Features page 功能说明.
How many cards can I put on one board?
There’s no hard technical cap, but demo mode is limited by the browser’s ~5MB localStorage budget—lots of image cards fill it quickly. Cloud boards are effectively unlimited.
Where do stock quotes come from?
Quotes are fetched from Yahoo Finance (near real-time or slightly delayed). Korean tickers, US tickers, and crypto (CoinGecko) are supported.
When I marquee-select rotated cards, the selection feels off.
Rotated cards use an axis-aligned hit box based on the pre-rotation layout, so selection can look slightly misaligned. More precise rotated selection is planned.
Collaboration
How do I invite other people?
Use Share in the board header to invite by email or create a link. Roles are Owner / Editor / Commenter / Viewer.
How do live cursors work?
On the same cloud board, other people’s pointers appear in near real time. No extra setup is required.
How do I use AI?
Type `
/ai <question>` in chat to answer using your board as context. The AI summary button in the top-right summarizes the whole board in one shot.Publish & share
Can I turn a board into a web page?
Yes. Use Publish as web page in the board header to pick a slug—then anyone can view `
/p/your-slug`. Choose one of four themes: Mono, Glow, Mono Dark, or Frame. What’s the difference between pinned and live publishing?
Pinned publish freezes the board at the moment you publish—later edits won’t change the page. Live publish keeps the page in sync with the board (up to about a minute of delay).
What happens if I list my page in Discover?
Other people can find it by category, tags, and search. It’s a way to share inspiration with the community.
Billing & plans
What’s the difference between Free and Pro?
Free: 3 boards, all card types, publishing, Discover listing, and limited AI. Pro: unlimited boards, remove Linkme branding, and prioritized AI. Compare details on Pricing 定价.
Can I get a refund after upgrading to Pro?
You can request a refund within 7 days of payment (Billing page). You can cancel anytime and keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed via Toss Payments. Card details are stored securely on Toss’s side—Linkme servers do not store your card numbers.
Data & export
Can I export board data?
Yes. From the board header export menu you can save PNG, PDF, or Markdown (text). You can also create backup files from the sidebar settings.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Deleting your account immediately makes all boards and public pages private, then permanently deletes them after 30 days (a grace period to prevent mistakes).
Where is demo-mode data stored?
Only in your browser’s localStorage. Linkme servers never store demo-mode data. Clearing browser data removes it.
